Job Description


  • Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer
  • Provide feedback on the performance of technicians and general worker to the management
  • Provide technical and logistical support to assign sites
  • Provide on-site technical advice to the customer
  • Resolve technical and logistical problems on the complete range of products provided
  • Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to the customer
  • Responsible for generating of Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned sites
  • Participate in planned routine maintenance and Adhoc works
  • Provide 24×7 customer support through telephone and site attendance
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship
  • Others tasks/project as assigned by Zone Lead



  • Tertiary Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably 1 year’s experience in servicing and ability to troubleshoot down to the component level
  • Knowledge in Uninterruptible Power Supplies or Standby Generators is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives and foster customer relationship
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
  • Willing to work overtime and travel in short notice
  • Possess a minimum valid Class 3 license
  • Domestic & Overseas training programs provided
  • Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage

Working Location : Singapore
Qualification : Tertiary Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience : min. 1 year of experience
Working Hours : Regular hours, Mondays – Fridays
